Debra Dibble Boone

Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Staffing Equity Enhancers, LLC

I am a committed professional possessing more than 30 years in petroleum, manufacturing and civil engineering in the private and public sectors.  I established this start up firm that provides Supplier Diversity consulting, staffing minorities and women businesses on contracts, life coaching and motivational speaking.  

I have held executive-level positions in Supplier Diversity Programs and served as a Project and Program Manager on high profile projects during my career. I have leveraged relationships with minority and women business chambers and trade associations that increased contract participation. My nationally recognized certifications in Supplier Diversity Management (SDM), from the American Contract Compliance Association, are Certified Compliance Administrator (CCA), Master Compliance Administrator (MCA) and Executive Certified Master Compliance Administrator (ECMCA).

As an advocate for equity in business and the community, I spend considerable time volunteering with non-profit agencies and philanthropic organizations.  My past board memberships are with the Austin Black Chamber of Commerce, Boys and Girls Club of South Central Texas, and Austin-Free Net, all serving underrepresented and disadvantaged individuals in the community.

These career experiences have equipped me with knowledge and skills instrumental in forming productive partnerships. My strategies result in a WIN-WIN for all.
